Fixing the RCMP: "senior Mountie was forced to admit under oath that he had given a fake memo to defence lawyers in a major drug prosecution -- a memo that hid the fact that Mounties were gathering wiretap evidence improperly. As a result, a year-long investigation into possible drug dealing by Hells Angels bikers has had to be dropped. As many as 30 more cases may be in jeopardy, too."
