This follows the dramatic shootout between cops and alleged gang boss Gert 'Mfo' Solomons, 63, in Hanover Park at the weekend.
Cops fear the shooting may shatter three years of relative peace between rival gangs.
The drama unfolded on Saturday just after 4.30pm when Solomons, who was believed to be a senior member of the Laughing Boys, sought revenge on the Americans gang following the shooting of his grandson Warren Manuel, 21."
