Arrests over American's death in Mexico: "Two brothers who are members of the Los Aztecas drug gang have been arrested here over the killing of a US consulate official in March, police say.
Reynaldo Diaz and Jose Guadalupe Diaz had been leaders of a local cell of the Aztecas, officials said on Friday.
The cartel in Ciudad Juarez was blamed for the almost simultaneous assaults in March in which Lesley Enriquez and her husband, both Americans, were killed, as was a Mexican man who was married to another consulate staffer.

Ciudad Juarez is considered the most violent city in Mexico, due to the ongoing power struggles between rival cartels seeking drug smuggling routes into the United States."
