Mexican Army Captures High-Level Sinaloa Cartel Member United States Border Narcotics Intelligence: "Enrique Lopez Acosta was arrested Sunday in Ciudad Delicias after a shootout that left his brother, Ever Horacio Lopez Acosta, dead, the secretariat said.
The drug trafficker’s arrest was made possible by “intelligence activities,” the Defense Secretariat said.
Lopez Acosta is accused of being behind the March 15 massacre of seven people in Creel, a town in Chihuahua, and had several arrest warrants outstanding.
The suspect was turned over to federal prosecutors, the secretariat said."
